Dear Patient:

Please read this very important notice.

1. I no longer accept payment from third party payers e.g. insurance companies, ICBC, DVA, etc.
2. Payment is due at the time of your appointment by cash, e transfer, interact, visa or Mastercard. AMEX is not accepted.
3. The rates for a one hour visit are now $400 and for a package of 10 one hour visits is $3500. All other rates remain the same.
4. Book your appointments online yourself. You will be reminded 3 and 2 days before the appointment. You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before or you are responsible for payment.
